DMCA Policy

At "Smores Ice Cream Recipe," we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content (e.g., your "Smores Ice Cream Recipe" submission or a related comment) was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. The counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
